Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! Our pictures are of our actual pickles. As they are homemade with natural ingredients, you might see slight natural variations, but you are guaranteed the same high-quality ingredients, authentic taste, and freshness in every jar.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt/invoice is automatically generated as soon as your order is confirmed.

  • Via Email: A copy of your receipt is sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

  • Via SMS/WhatsApp: If you provided a phone number, you may also receive a summary with your order details.

  • Contact Us: If you can't find it, please email us at info@acharamrit.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8877766822 with your name and order number, and we will promptly resend it to you.

How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Details: Please share your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Follow Instructions: Our team will guide you through the specific return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock"?

Yes, absolutely! Our "out of stock" items are often our most loved pickles. We make everything in small, fresh batches to ensure quality.
