  • Refund Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the cancellation confirmation. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or payment wallet, depending on your financial institution.

3. When Can You NOT Cancel an Order?

  • After Shipment: Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. At this point, the order is in transit to you.
